Roommate wanted

Hi! My Name is Ariana and I live in a 2 bedroom duplex in a quiet residential area just off of Main street in central Longmont.

The Apartment:
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, baths, plentiful storage space, a one-car garage, lots of free parking, basement, in-unit laundry, dishwasher, central air/heat, and a backyard. The rent is $ each per month with water included in the total, leaving gas, trash, electricity, and wi-fi to be split separately. These usually total around $ each month, making the full cost ~$ per month. The landlord is always quick to fix any issues that arise and has been kind and accommodating these past 2 years. The apartment common areas will be partially furnished, but my current roommate and I have not decided what is staying and what is going as of yet.

The Location:
The apartment is located just off of Main street with nearby public transit only a few minutes walk away. The restaurants & shops of Downtown Longmont are just a few minutes by car or a short bike ride away. Also, there are plenty of places to enjoy the outdoors nearby as well, Macintosh Lake is only a minute drive away. I enjoy walking, biking, and paddle boarding there often after work.

The Roommate:
Now that I have mentioned the important details, I would like to quickly say a bit about myself. I am a year-old woman who works as a MA and enjoys the outdoors and reading.

You:
I am looking for a female roommate who likes to keep a clean and organized environment and does not mind sharing a bathroom. On the landlord's side, they require a credit score of at least and a a security deposit of one months rent.

When:
The room will be available for a June 1st but later is okay. I will be deep cleaning the apartment prior and having the landlord do a walk through before re-signing the lease with a new roommate. The length of the lease is flexible.
