Master room for rent

Description

Renting out my spare bedroom. Will be available first of June. I am renting out the master bedroom on the third floor. You will have access to everything in the house, the backyard, and a spot in the driveway so no on street parking. I do have pets so must be ok with that. I have pet gates to prevent them from going into specific rooms and to keep them in my bedroom at night. I prefer a female roommate and proof of income is a must.
