One of our roommates is moving out and his room will be available June 1. There are three bedrooms in this house - one is taken by a woman in her 's and one is taken by a man in his 's - one room will be open. No smoking/drinking/drugs. There is a common bathroom in the upstairs with shower/bath and a common bathroom in the basement with shower - you would have use of the whole house including kitchen, living room, back deck and yard. There is a washer and dryer in the basement for your use also. Utilities and internet are included.
