Located in a prime area of Malden off Highland Ave, just a 9-minute walk to the Malden Center T-station (Orange Line). The bus stops right in front of the house, and it's a minute walk to Stop & Shop supermarket, restaurant , and much more.

Only a 1-minute walk to the laundromat.

Previous tenants were young professionals in their mid-s, so we are looking for a similar tenant—a responsible young professional or dedicated student. We prefer someone sociable but quiet during the week, who keeps common areas tidy and pays monthly bills on time.

Rent is $ per month, utilities included, for one person only. No smoking, no pets, no guests, and no overnight stays. References from a previous landlord and proof of employment are required.

One-year lease. First and last month's rent plus a security deposit required.
