Hello there my name is Paul. I’m years old and looking for an affordable room to rent. I work in the downtown area with the DIB (Downtown Improvement Board). My work schedule is Wednesday through Sunday. On my off days I tend to either lounge around, cook, or get out and about around the city with my girlfriend. My girlfriend WILL NOT be moving in with me she lives in Navarre. I’m a very tidy person, during the work week I slack in my room. But I have the upmost respect for other people’s space and would never leave a mess in common areas. I’d appreciate an opportunity to talk a bit more and maybe even meet for a tour.
