There is an attached bathroom that will be yours as well. Both bedrooms are on opposite sides of the apartment; no shared walls. Common areas will be shared. There is a nice patio and laundry in unit for use as well. There is plenty of open parking. The complex has a hour gym, dog park, and multiple playgrounds, parks, pools, and hot tubs. Grocery store is 4 minutes away and the freeway is 5 minutes away. Utilities will be split . I also have a dog so I would prefer no pets, unless they all get along.
