(MEN PREFERRED) Available now leases tend to be about a year but we will consider a lease from now until Aug . Two other guys rent here full time ( Landscaping) and the landlord stays here about 8 days a month in the loft, he's a really cool guy and definitely one of the boys but most of the time you never know he's here (ish Pharma). You would pay for bills and split it 4 ways, usually comes to $ a month per person. Laundry on , trash is free, cool location, tons of restaurants and cafes on the top of the block, street/driveway, free and easy guest parking, minute walk to ball square, lots of storage space!
