Studio Apartment Fully Furnished

Hey there! I am looking for someone to take over a year's lease for a studio apartment. For personal reasons I am moving back to Michigan. The place can be available as soon as Memorial Day weekend. The lease runs to so approximately months left on the lease. There is a $ application fee and if approved the lease would be moved to the new tenants name. The apartment is furnished and the furnishings can be kept by the new tenant. Furnishings include a twin bed with sheets/comforter and pillows. There is a chair/desk for work at home arrangements. Kitchen is furnished with dishes and some cookware. There is a router and inch TV. The monthly rate is an estimate including all costs related to rent, parking, utilities etc. The utilities for gas and electricity would be transferred.
