Hello, I currently have 2 private rooms and a shared bathroom for rent. Rooms can be combined for a packaged deal, or rented individually. There is parking available for an additional fee. Dogs are allowed upon screening. Backyard is fully landscaped with a small grass area for the dogs to use. A beautiful greenbelt and walking path is just out front of the house, so accessible walking is nearby. There is a side-walked canal close by making it easy to go for long runs, walks, or riding your bike to Downtown Gilbert, or Freestone Park in Gilbert. Great location!!!
