I have 2 private rooms for rent. Will rent as a pair creating a private bathroom or separately, creating a shared bathroom. If only one room is currently being rented the bathroom will only be used by that person. The home is located 1mile from the U.S. making commuting easy. There are plenty restaurants and shopping near by. There is a side-walked canal close by making it easy to go for long runs, walks, or riding your bike to Downtown Gilbert, or Freestone Park in Gilbert. Great location for being physically active!
