Looking for a new housemate! i have a private bedroom and bathroom available now. The home is in Northwest Knoxville, about minutes from UT campus. Rent is $/month. Utilities (water, electric, gas, internet) are split between roommates and usually run about $/month per person.

The house includes a washer/dryer, dishwasher, furnished common areas, and a fenced backyard with a fire pit. Currently, two of us live here—both students who also work some weekends—so we’re hoping to find someone with a chill, similar lifestyle.

There are two friendly dogs and one cat here. We’re open to another pet if everyone gets along—there’s a small additional fee for pets to help with upkeep.
