Hi everyone! I am looking for female to sublet my private room in a spacious bath for May th (flexible) to July . Rent is $ (Option to renew for still open!!). You would have the bedroom with a detached bathroom. Location is ideal for either students or post grads, and is a short walk to the capitol. We also have an awesome balcony and in unit laundry! My current roommate is a F nurse who is very clean, friendly and quiet. Management is very attentive and helpful.
