Hey, ! I'm , easygoing, clean, and mindful of shared spaces. I enjoy good vibes, quiet evenings, and having a home that feels calm and welcoming. I'm looking for a roommate to share a bath apartment at MAA Duke Forest in Durham, NC, starting June 1st. It's just a few minutes from Duke University and in a super convenient, peaceful area.
You'd have your own bedroom and private bathroom, and rent is $/month plus utilities. The apartment is on the top floor, has great natural light, and is already partially furnished-I'm totally open to figuring out the rest together.
The community is really nice and has everything you'd want: a pool, gym, dog park, car wash station, even walking trails and fun resident events.
