The home is located in the quiet section of Gulfgate Estates deed, restricted community. The room has good closet space and lighting, this is a three bedroom, 2 bathroom furnished property. Room can be furnished upon request. There is a lanai and large fenced backyard.The house is very open with lots of natural light. We are a ten min drive from Siesta Key, and two min drive from Publix and other stores. This is a lease July 1st until the end of December with a security deposit being the same as the rent and application fee being fifty dollars. Utilities are shared and vary. I am twenty

years old and the other roommate is twenty four. We are looking for females only, preferably around our age. I moved here about 2 years ago and work as a business assistant at a dental office. I travel a lot throughout the year and like to host festivities occasionally at the house for holidays and such. I have 1 indoor short haired cat that is very friendly and loving. It is important to us that the common areas and shared bathroom stay tidy and clean. Other than that we are both very friendly and welcoming.
