Late twenties looking for housing

Hey There! I'm trying to move to Seattle from Phoenix, Arizona, and would like to move as soon as possible. North Seattle (Fremont, Ballard, Green Lake) area preferred, but as long as there's easy access to public transport, I'm good (I do have a car, but I'd prefer to not have to drive to work if I don't have to). I'm willing to sign a lease, and fly out to sign it in person if necessary, and pay multiple months in advance, since I don't really have a job lined up officially. I do, however, have friends in the city, and I have extensive experience in bars and restaurants, so I really should be able to find employment very quickly. I also have lots of cash in savings, in case it takes longer than expected to find a job. if you have questions as to why I'm deciding to make such a move, please feel free to ask :)!

Now a little about me: first off, yes, that is an Alvvays shirt in my picture. I'm a -year-old male. I'm a respectful, and considerate housemate, and have no problem contributing to house chores, and keeping common areas clean. I'm also friendly, very affable, and enjoy cooking. I have friends, and family that live in Seattle, and that's about the extent of guests I expect to visit me at the house; I'm definitely not a partier. My passions are writing, film production, and video games, both playing, and eventually making; I even built my own high-end computer!

If possible, I'd like to video chat with at least one person from the house and do a little virtual tour, so we both know the other person is real, and talk more in depth about the move.
