Filling 1 room by June 1st

What’s up guys? My roomate is moving out and the end of this month and I’m looking to fill 1 room.

***side note***
My brother and his girlfriend currently live in the private basement but will also be Moving out at August/September (so let me know if yall would like some pictures of that place too.

I have a golden retriever puppy that’s almost 1. And a cat. They get along well with other animals, theyre super friendly

The house is centrally located to all highways (i, ). Travel for work is easy at this house.

The rent for this room is $ and bills run from $ per person. Varies with the season. (Xcel, xfinity, water)

Brand new washer and dryer downstairs. Big kitchen, giant garage, and huge backyard with 3 grills and a firepit.

We all like to cook, hangout, have people over occasionally, watch movies, and play music.
But if you need your space…Everyone’s room is on a different level of the house so plenty of opportunity for privacy.
