I have a one bedroom apartment .

I need a roommate to help me pay rent which I will split in half. It's not the b
iggest or the smallest but just right for 2 people. You will have your own bedroom.I supply food, cable tv and air conditioner.
It's in a safe area as far as Phoenix goes.No one ever brother's me or has ever tried to break in.I have neighbors on each side of me in same apartment complex, plus right across from me about feet. I have lived here since and never had a problem.
There's a little store about ft from here and a smoke shop, laundry, ranch market and a circle k. There's plenty of different stores close by within walking distance and bus stop is also real close.
