Are you looking for a beautiful apartment that truly feels like home? We’re seeking a young professional female in her thirties to move into the third room of our North Park apartment starting June 1st!

Just a minute walk away are the Zoo, Balboa Park, Morley Field, and the Hillcrest Farmers Market—your new backyard! The well-maintained property features lush landscaping, and your mornings will begin with the sound of birds and wind in the eucalyptus trees, viewable from your room or our expansive patio. The apartment has vaulted ceilings, a cozy brick fireplace, and beautiful natural light that lets us keep lights off most of the day. Laundry is located just below the unit and shared with only three other apartments—easy access via a Bluetooth app.

Water is included, and utilities typically range from $forty-sixty/month. We share one dedicated parking spot and often get access to another as spots open up. Street parking is also easy to find.

I’ve lived here for years with the same two roommates. They’re moving on, but I love this place and I am staying! The landlord and property management have been wonderful, and we have a strong relationship. Over time, many friends have moved into this complex—there’s a true sense of community here.

You’d be living with two creative, open-minded women in their thirties who value kindness and social justice. I’m a thirty--year old marine conservation education manager (formerly a classroom teacher) and a poet working on my first manuscript! I love hosting the occasional game night or dinner party and enjoy book club, trivia, open mics, and bonfires.
