I have a nice place in the Lone Tree / Centennial area. Monthly rent at only per month (thats including utilities), I had someone move out recently as he had an ACL tear and lost his job. He decided to move up to Vail with his girlfriend for the time being so the room opened up.
House is fully furnished and has pretty ample storage with two storage sheds in the back yard and under the deck.

This area is very very well kept, restaurants, mall, hiking trials and gorgeous views all around the area and its super easy to get on the highway as the house is near c.

Two business owners occupy the house currently (one a CEO of concrete company and then myself as CEO of a cell phone company alone with a few other things.
- We are pretty laid back and just enjoy life when we are not busy working. I personally do not spend much time at the house as i live half the time up in Washington park btw so the house isnt used all that much.

Generally looking for a professtional male or female who is like minded, clean cut, has a good job, as aspireations in life.
