Bedroom in shared 3 Bedroom Apt

hi i am looking to sublet my room in a shared 3 bedroom apartment (2 roommates). it is located in humboldt park, less than min from wicker park and logan square. it has high ceilings, lots of beautiful natural light from its large windows, and tons of space. it is next to a community garden, has very friendly and quiet neighbors, and is only a short walk away from the beautiful humboldt park!

the rent is split between roommates and my portion is $ plus utilities. it is pet friendly, always has free street parking available, and free use of the washer to do laundry. i am looking to move by june 1st but am open to earlier if needed. the lease ends in march but we can talk about ending it earlier if needed as well.
