Sublet possible Lease Takeover

Looking to Sublet my apartment Starting June th until either September or November 1st then a possible lease takeover in November.

Looking for someone quiet and who keeps to themselves and who preferably works. One of the roommates is a single dad who has his kids once a week. No party types, no one who smokes indoors, no one who drinks a lot.

Applicant must have good credit + and be able to prove their income x the rent same as a lease. I’d prefer to fill this spot with someone who qualifies to take over the lease. Please have document proof of this before we chat.

We will have a zoom interview to confirm you are a good fit.

During the Sublet it will be furnished as pictured, all the belongings will be taken except for bed and desk. If lease takeover happens in November, we can negotiate whether you hold onto the furniture.
