Hello we have a cozy room with a private bathroom in a beautiful gated community available now located in Oceanside ca . Utilities included, WiFi, with own parking space in our garage and laundry room for your convenience. Access to kitchen and living (shared space). Looking for someone responsible, financially stable and cleans up after themselves. We do enjoy pool gatherings and bbqs when we get the time of course . Please feel free to ask any questions &.
