Looking for Roommate in NE Portland

Description

We're looking for someone to move into our house in May or June. All utilities are included in the price except for internet.

About the house:
The street is quiet and near a lot of commercial areas like Fremont Street and the Alberta Arts District. There are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The house contains a large kitchen, garage, tool shed, heating/air conditioning, dish washer, laundry/drier, and 2 living rooms. There is a covered patio and a small front porch. We have a guest bedroom that we use for out-of-town friends and family.

About the room:
The room (') is on the main level and contains wood flooring. The bathroom is shared only with guests.

About us:
There are three of us in our s currently living in the house. Our first housemate (female) is very outdoorsy, likes to jog, and play ultimate frisbee. Our second housemate (female) is a recent graduate student and new to Portland. I (male) am a data engineer and enjoy playing ultimate frisbee, being outdoors, and traveling. So far, we all get along!
