Looking for a room in Manhattan

Description

Looking for a room to rent in an accessible building (elevator building or ground level apartment). I'm a nonsmoker with no pets, and I'm a quiet, responsible tenant.

Note: I marked that I "rarely" party, since "never" wasn't an option. I'll occasionally stay out late to see a play, comedy show, or concert, but I'm pretty mellow and don't party. :)
