Looking for living situation in NYC

Moving to NYC and in the middle of making a career pivot from teaching/coaching into the advertising space. I’m also a social media producer for ESPN. Love coffee shops, cooking, working out, hiking national parks and lake days. Super clean, genuine dude. Two Masters degrees and own a couple of homes in Little Rock, Arkansas.
