Hi guys! I am currently looking for a roommate to join me in my Glen Huntly apartment from the 1st of June onwards - preferably for a long-term stay. It is in a great location i.e., close to Bayside, the city, and surrounding suburbs in the South-east.

Specifically:
- It is a 5 minute walk to Glen Huntly station, or minute walk to Carnegie/Caulfield station
- minute walk to Monash university Caulfield
- Very close to the route tram and plenty of buses as well.
The apartment is just off Glen Huntly road, so you will have access to plenty of restaurants, cafes, grocers, and a Woolies nearby as well. If you're up for the walk/short drive, Koornang road in Carnegie is also very close by, and has an amazing array of restaurants for a nice meal.

The property itself is a fully furnished, spacious, 2 bedroom apartment. It has a large common area and 2 bathrooms/toilets with one shower - alongside a balcony. All amenities/whitegoods are included i.e., TV, sofa, washing machine, fridge, oven, dishwasher, 4 burner stove-top, air conditioner, and microwave. Your room is a large bedroom and comes with a large bedframe and mattress, alongside a large built-in wardrobe and dresser.

Rental specifics:
- $ per/week ($ per/month)
- 1 month bond
- Waters bills included, but others excluded i.e., Electricity, gas, and internet.
- Move in Date - Any time from the 1st of June onwards.
