Looking for a clean, respectful female roommate to rent a private room with a full bathroom on the third level of my home. The room is located next to mine, and includes all utilities (electric, water, internet)—no deposit required.

I work from home full-time and live with a friendly cat, so ideally I’m looking for someone who is rarely home and comfortable sharing the kitchen and laundry room as needed.
