Fully furnished home and room unless you prefer the room unfurnished.

We love having community cooking nights where one or more of us cooks and we can share a meal together. Sometimes we all watch a movie together or play chess. The roomies here get along so well they become friends and invite each other to events outside the house too.

Everyone is clean and we keep the common areas like the kitchen, bathroom, living room, and dining rooms tidy.

We are 4 minutes from the shops in Denton. They have options for Korean BBQ and indian as well as Citynight KTV karaoke.
We are minutes from downtown Carrollton with 3 nations brewery pictured, nice coffee shops and other restaurants. This is a great spot for dates and musical events. The old town feel here is magical.
