Description

Got two rooms available in my laid-back, tidy co-op home! Short-term is welcome, but ideally looking for someone who might stay a few months super flexible, month-to-month is totally fine for now.

Location: Slaughter & Manchaca – South Austin
Rent: $ all bills paid – with optional work-trade (can knock off $ for house cleaning or outdoor help)
Deposit: Small + easy
No pets please (but turtles and fish are more than welcome!) Possibly a very small dog or In room cat.

Giant house with good energy and a clean, relaxed flow

Shared bathroom + outdoor greenhouse shower with on-demand hot water

Room is furnished (or bring your own bed if you’d like)

The Community: We’re all about shared dinners, outdoor cooking nights, backyard movies, and building a peaceful, clean space with creative vibes. Chickens coming soon too!
