We have two adjoining rooms in our basement that need a good human! Shared kitchen, large backyard, and living space. Pets on a case by case basis. We have cats and dogs that are very sweet and loving. Must be OK with kids as we have two small humans. (They are not allowed in your space!) We are pretty laid back and occasionally have friends over, but mostly quiet. Utilities are included. Street parking in quiet neighborhood.
