Hello! My name is Joaquin Ames and I’m a year old college student transferring to NYU in the Spring, I work at a Martial Arts school in Midtown Manhattan and I’ve been living on Orchard Street in the lower east side for the past year here in NYC. My roommate is graduating so I’m looking for a new place preferably in Lower Manhattan but I am open to all options. I’m a social guy who loves meeting new people but I am often on the go so I would be a very low key roommate. I love discovering music, playing sports, and exploring new places. My budget for rent and utilities is up to a month and I can move in starting in July.
