Room in Filton for UWE students

Hello, I am looking for a student to take over my tenancy for the rest of summer, starting from the th of June to the end of the contract on the th of August.
The house is in a family neighbourhood in Filton close to Toronto road. minute walk from uni, 2 minute walk from the closest grocery store and minute walk from the closest gym.
House is fully furbished with 5 bedrooms, a kitchen and 2 Bathrooms. Private parking space is included. Currently other 4 students living in the house (they will most probably leave for the summer).
