Hey there! I'm looking for a chill female roommate to share my place with. It's me, my awesome kiddo (who will be with her dad for the summer, so it'll be pretty quiet around here then!), our super sweet older dog and lovey cat.

You'd get your own bedroom – already has a bed, but we can totally remove it if you've got your own. There's a full bathroom right outside your door, which is super convenient. You'll have full access to the main living spaces, just not my room or my daughter's. We've got all the essentials: washer/dryer, dishwasher, central AC and heat, along with WiFi and a smart TV in the living room.

One of my favorite things about the place is this really cute courtyard out front. Plus, the neighborhood is super peaceful, and we're right next to tons of woods, a creek, and some great walking trails – perfect for getting some fresh air. Even better, we're really close to the metro & highway so getting into the city is a breeze. There are also tons of cute shops and restaurants right in town.
