Hi there, I’m a middle aged, squeaky clean/morals/values, empty nester teacher in sherwood park ( Henday backs house) loads of nature in between. I have a lot of Christian families and community that live around me. I am looking for someone to share my 5 bedroom renovated home with me. You would have your own large fridge, there is a completely separate living space in the basement with another small fridge— main access is shared however; there is a walkout exit.
Home has a purified water system, sauna, and air conditioning I was thinking perhaps a university student or professional person that shares my morals, values and lifestyle. Utilities would be included. You would just have to provide your own food, laundry detergent, etc. If you know of anyone who is looking, it’s a beautiful property, gorgeous open yard, lots of amenities and close access to transit that gets you into Edmonton quickly.
