ROOM EXCHANGE + Berlin Amsterdam +

Hi, my name is ulrike. I am a -year old professional. I am offering a room (approx. square meters) in my apartment in Berlin in EXCHANGE for a room in AMSTERDAM! My son () has been accepted to study in Amsterdam and is urgently looking for a room there (from June at the earliest, September/October at the latest). In Berlin, his room would be available with a queen-size bed including bed drawers and additional storage space. As well as a shelf, wardrobe and a large work desk. We can do the room swap for a limited or unlimited period of time, but at least 3 months. In the photos, the room is very cluttered with personal belongings. These will of course no longer be in the room. The apartment also has 2 other occupied rooms, 1 bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen with transition to an open living room and large balcony with TV-Tower view. We are 2 people in the house, me and Kevin ().
