Hi I currently am looking for a sublease for this summer and for the school year! It is fully furnished with a bed frame, mattress and chests to put your things in along with a desk and chair. The common area/ kitchen has everything as well! There is in unit washing and drying! I live at the Lormier (formally known as north)! It’s a 5 minute walk from UNT campus with covered parking, a pool and other amazing amities such as a common area with a pool table. I currently I have 3 amazing sweet girl roomates that are easy to get along with and eager to meet new friends! They are super quiet as well! no pet unit, hard floors no carpet. An invidual bathroom in the room, high cellings, clean and big kitchen/ common area. The rent until August is $, after August it is $! And did I mention it’s first floor right next to the pool and easy access to the parking garage! It’s a D1 unit! So over square feet for the unit!!
