Across St from Barton Springs. Roommate wanted. Available tomorrow May th. This is the BEST location in Austin. Across the street from Austin's largest parks (Greenbelt/Zilker/Barton Springs). Barton is a river/pool situation and the closest thing to a beach in Central Texas. Less than 5 minute walk to Barton Creek. There are Kayaks available for your use if you want them. Less than minute bike ride to downtown. If this ad is still up that means it is still available. We also have another room available for $ less, but there's no windows. Please mention if you're interested in that. The room pictured has plenty of closet space and natural light.

There are 3 of us, all young men. To keep costs down we have 4 people living in this 3 bedroom house, but your room would be private. Plenty of off street parking hidden behind alley with steep walk. Plenty of parking in driveway for SUV's or cars with high ground clearance, the driveway is super steep.

Lease is month to month going indefinitely, days notice. Some flexibility with deposit, but must be completely paid within first 3 months.
Utilities vary, but are about $ monthly and amenities include:

Plenty of guest parking
Monthly cleanup of kitchen and bathroom from maid
