Larger bedroom shared bathroom

Two easy going roommates, very clean, quiet and respectful , working during the week usually gone on the weekends, looking for someone that works out of the home preferably , no smoking, no overnight guests, somebody who’s clean and respectful. The room is for one person only available July ,gated community with 2 pools , basketball and tennis courts , we absolutely need somebody that’s quiet, clean and respectful. We all have to do our shareand clean up after ourselves. Our bathrooms are always clean and we never have dishes in the sink. All the utilities are included even Internet and cable in August. We usually pitch in a little extra for the electric bill.
