Room $ minutes from downtown

Hi my name is Elise, and I am trying to find a new roommate to lease out a room by June .

Rent is $ and utilities btw $ a month, there is a $ deposit that must be put down. Deposit is refundable if the room is not damaged upon leaving.

We are located in North Nashville right across from Germantown. It takes about minutes from downtown and 5 minutes from the interstate. It takes about minutes to get anywhere in the city.

We are not allowed to have anymore pets. We already have 2! A sweet Westie named Harper. She is a years old and loves belly rubs, she lays around napping all day. We also have a happy playful
beagle named Boots, he’s about 2.

The room is very large ft, it is as large as the master in the house but does not have it’s own bathroom. The room will not come furnished. If you were to move in you’d be sharing a bathroom with myself and another female roommate. We are very tidy and don’t really get ready in the bathroom, mainly use it to just shower.

Elise myself, I am and moved to Nashville to sing. I am usually out of town a lot for gigs. I work at a server in Nashville at a restaurants. I am very outgoing, friendly and love meeting new people.

Jamie is years old, he moved to Nashville for music production. When he is not doing music he works at a fine dinning restaurant in the Gultch. Jamie is super sweet and keeps to himself a lot of the time.

Jean is years old and is an executive assistant for a business company. She is very sweet, down to earth, and keeps to herself most of the time.
