My house is in a beautiful neighborhood in Corona de Tucson. Anything you could need or want is just minutes away up Houghton Road. The freeway is also close to get anywhere quickly. I have a beautiful house with a large kitchen, a family room, and a separate living room. Your rent includes all utilities, along with high-speed Wi-Fi and streaming channels, making budgeting simple and stress-free. The home features inviting shared spaces, including a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living areas, and a spacious, fenced backyard complete with a sunshade, grass, large table, Adirondack chairs, and a fire pit. There is also a large, beautiful community pool one block away that also features a hot tub. The house is sf, and you’d have full access to all of it except personal bedrooms. The occupancy here is another tenant, me, and you (new tenant). The room is feet and is tiled. It currently holds a queen bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, tv stand with drawers, and a shelving unit that all fit beautifully. The room can also be unfurnished if need be. The bathroom is shared but it has double vanities for convenience as well as a separate shower room. There is also a whole house water filtration unit as well as filtered drinking water and a water softening unit.
