Hi everyone!
My wife and I are looking for a fully or semi-furnished -bathroom apartment in Downtown Toronto or nearby areas, with a move-in date around May . We prefer a private unit (not shared) in a safe and TTC-accessible neighborhood.
Here’s what we’re hoping to find:
🔹 Budget: Around $/month – flexible depending on the unit and inclusions
🔹 Furnishing: Fully furnished or semi-furnished
🔹 Type: Entire place – no roommates
🔹 Location: Close to TMU (Toronto Metropolitan University) or TTC-accessible
🔹 Must-Haves:
• Private kitchen & bathroom
• Good natural light
• Laundry (in-unit or in-building)
• Safe neighborhood
• Internet + utilities included (preferably)
• No basement apartments
