Description

Deets about the unit!:
- Spacious 1 bedroom in a 5 bedroom house with 4 other roommates, all between the ages of .
- 1 bathroom with a shower, tub, plenty of hooks, a wide mirror and long countertop/sink space. The room for rent is right next to the bathroom.
- The room itself is also very spacious, being the second-largest in the house. I’m not sure on measurements but I’d say it’s at least sq. ft. It also has direct access to the backyard, which is fenced and very green, and also has a walkway that leads back around to the front of the house with a little gate, so it kind of feels like a private entrance! It also has a small walk-in closet!
- Full washer/dryer in unit.
- The move-in date is June th !
- The rent is currently $/month, with an increase to $ starting August as instated by our management company. Contact me for specifics about utilities and move-in costs/process since it won’t let me post that much here!
- The house is about a 7 minute drive to campus, and is located on a direct bus line to OSU. The bus stop is only about a 2 minute walk!
- The house is also right by a gas station, Dollar Tree, WinCo, Fred Meyers, Well’s Fargo, Ross, and a lot more!
- There are two pets! A dog and a cat, which are the responsibility of their respective owners.

Tenant Requirements:
- twenty-one and up in age


- responsible, kind, and “live and let live” mentality
- No pets!!
- Is available to move-in or take over the lease by June th!
