It would be a spacious private bedroom with a closet. In the images there is a floor plan and I have highlighted the room. In the floor plan above the bedroom is the bathroom. Walking distance from BSU! We are looking for male or female. There is a total of 2 girls and 3 guys. We would prefer to have a student, but it's not necessary. The house is already fully stocked up with kitchen appliances, kitchen utensils, and furniture. The house includes a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The bathroom would be shared with one other person. Which is a male, and he is clean. We have grills and a fire pit. As well as off-street parking. There is a washer and dryer. We have very quick internet. Our lease is a year-long lease. We sadly cannot have any pets. No criminal background. I personally do not smoke of any kind, but others do, but they do so outside.
