I recently moved into a beautiful home on the north side, near Francis and the Safeway. However, I’ve realized it’s more space than I need and a bit beyond my budget. HThe house has two bedrooms upstairs, along with a large basement that includes a spacious main room and an additional side room. We can discuss which space you’d prefer to rent when we meet.

The total rent is $ per month, not including utilities (electricity, water, sewer, and garbage), which brings the monthly cost to approximately $.

It’s just me and my dog here—both of us are relaxed, easygoing, and -friendly. I’m looking for one roommate (no couples, please), preferably female, though I’m open to discussion. Unfortunately, no additional pets are allowed.

The house was fully renovated just before I moved in, so everything is brand new. The room is available now.
