Description

Young professional looking for a roommate to rent an apartment in the Arlington/Alexandria area around late May early June. I’m , working, and applying to a Master program at GMU. I like hosting friends for food and drinks. I work remote, so I will likely try to get out during the evenings. I am a very social person. My hobbies include working out, paddle boarding, going out, language exchange, and anything outdoors.

I would like to find a roommate (preferably male, s) that is social, respectable, and not overly political (or at the very least open-minded). I enjoy civil discourse over a drink, open to many perspectives and ideas. I would like to find someone that I could be friends with, share meals, and occasionally go out. As stated earlier, I work remote, so an ideal candidate would work in-person.

I would like a -bath apartment in a complex to split. My budget is around $/month for my half. It would be nice to be near a metro station or at least a bus station. A must for the apartment is an in-unit washer and dryer, garage parking available, and separate bathrooms. It would also be nice if the complex had its own gym and pool.
I have a decent amount of furniture, dishes, barware, etc… Hablo español!
