Roommate wanted

I’m looking for a roommate ASAP since my current one and her husband are getting stationed in Norfolk.

The room is unfurnished, but if you need a bed or some basics, I can help figure that out. You’ll have your own private bathroom, and full access to the living room, kitchen, and all shared spaces.
There’s street parking, Wi-Fi, and you’re welcome to put whatever you want in the fridge and cabinets.

🛑 No dogs or cats allowed (sorry, not allowed on my lease).
📆 It’s month-to-month rent at \$/month with a non-refundable deposit. I’m flexible and open to working with most situations.

I’m very laid-back—just a few house rules:
🚫 No drugs
🍷 Drinking is fine
🚬 Smoking outside is okay
👥 Guests are welcome as long as everyone stays respectful

📍 The house is about a mile from St. Mary’s University and about minutes from Alamo Colleges. We’re right behind Walmart, near the bus line, and close to a bunch of restaurants.
