The main house is shared by two absolutely lovely ladies (well... one owns it, but they’re besties, so it’s basically both of theirs 😂). The vibe here is a bit rugged but cozy, and the location is amazing—just a short stroll to the beach and surrounded by mountains. Great if you enjoy running, hiking, or just being in nature.

No loadshedding, fibre R internet is live, and the house runs on gas R too. Shared comes to R each

Kitchen is still pretty basic (bachelor setup here 🙈), but depending on the person who moves in, excited to team up and make it feel more like a home. Instead of a bachelor house. 🙈
