Available July th.****for single occupancy****2nd floor bedroom. The room can be furnished with a bed and mattress if needed. Other than that the tenant can furnish it. You will have a shared bathroom with a male tenant who is clean and tidy. You'll have your own sink and storage. Community has clubhouse for pool, hot tub, gym, grills and etc. Preserve community in Chino. Very safe and family oriented neighborhood. Washer dryer in house. Will have designated space in the pantry and fridge to store your items. Due to my pet already at the residence, I cannot have anyone rent with pets. Priced with utilities and monthly cleaning included (common areas and bathroom professionally cleaned).
