Washer dryer in house. Will have designated space in the pantry and fridge to store your items. Due to my pet already at the residence, I cannot have anyone rent with pets. I live here with one other female roommate. We are all working professionals who are tidy and respectful. I do have a very friendly dog who generally stays in his gated area on the first floor.
