Room for rent!

Greetings, future roommate! We are looking for someone to join us in our home in University H guys sharing a room/ bathroom house on a quiet cul-de-sac. We keep a tidy, peaceful, and respectful home, and hope to find someone who enjoys that same atmosphere!
The room for rent is approximately , but isn't quite square. It has a closet and small storage space. You would be sharing a bathroom with one other person. There is a spacious kitchen, shared between two other people, a washer/dryer in the house, and a large living room with plenty of space. We have a large yard, with a half basketball court, and a view of the Peaks.
We don't have any parking spots left at the house, but there is street parking. This can be a problem in winter however, as the snow plowing means you can't park there. We can't have any pets, except for what is kept in an aquarium or terrarium.
The room is $/month with a $ security deposit, plus utilities split equally among everyone. Please let me know if you have any further questions, or want to come see the place and pick up an application. The room is occupied right now, but should be available by June rd.
