Hi everyone! I’m looking for a friendly roommate to share my home starting June 1st. I also have another room that will be available July 6. The room is bright and cozy in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. If you’re searching for a comfortable place with great amenities and a welcoming vibe, this might be the perfect fit for you!

Room & Home Features
• Rent: $ per month (includes all utilities)
• Furnished Option: Room can be furnished upon request, or left unfurnished if you have your own furniture.
• Amenities: Access to a community clubhouse and pool – perfect for relaxing and unwinding after a long day.
• Neighborhood: Safe, peaceful area with beautiful surroundings – great for evening walks or a morning jog.

Lease Terms
• Availability: Room is move-in ready starting June 1st and July 6.
• Lease Length: -month lease preferred, but I’m open to a 6-month term for the right person.
• Pet Policy: No pets allowed (sorry, I’m allergic and need to keep the home pet-free).

About Me (Your Future Roommate!)

I’m a registered nurse working most weekdays, so the house stays pretty quiet Monday through Friday. I usually spend my weekends at home or outdoors enjoying some downtime. Here are a few things about me:
• I love hiking (and even camping in the winter) – always up for a mountain adventure.
• I also enjoy spending time with my family and loved ones whenever I can.
• I’m friendly, respectful, and I like to keep our home clean and comfortable.

You can expect a considerate roommate who is mindful of personal space but also happy to chat or share a meal occasionally.
