Unit is by the elevator and parking lot for easy access. It faces north so it stays cooler by avoiding direct sunlight and has a beautiful view of the Camelback Mountains. Available July th, but can be flexible.

This community has been great. It's quiet, but the complex has social events every few weeks like paint and sips or BBQs or movie at the pool nights. It's great for people new to the area. The community is gated, with keypads and a guard who patrols the parking lot at night so I've always felt safe here. The maintenance staff are super responsive and fix/replace things immediately so downtime is minimal.

In unit amenities: Wood floors, granite counters, stainless steal appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, and lots of closet space. Storage units and garage spaces available if extra space is needed.

Community amenities: Gym, swimming pool and spa, BBQ area with grills, putting green, dog park and wash station, reserved/covered parking, gated community, parcel lockers, clubhouse.

Note: I am the current tenant and need to move for a job relocation. The lease is to August . I can be flexible with move in dates. You can keep my deposit if you move in and will receive the amount back when you move out. I will also cover the application and other fees if you're accepted by the leasing office. $$$
